The plan is the product.

No tier exists without the monthly. The build installs the system. The plan is what runs it. You pick the rung. The plan is not a line item to negotiate away.

Hard caps are the offer.

Every "up to" is a real ceiling. Pages, automations, landing pages, report views, revision rounds. Anything beyond is a stated change order, never a quiet scope creep.

Custom is configured.

The booking flow and the automations are our framework configured to you. Not bespoke from scratch. That's how delivery stays repeatable, and how your build doesn't take a year.

    Why is the monthly plan mandatory?

    Because the build is a system, not a website. The forms route into a CRM, the speed-to-lead text-backs are running on infrastructure, the booking flow is configured against tools that need to be kept current. We've watched too many sites get installed, untouched, and quietly stop working in 90 days. The plan is what stops that.

    Can I move between tiers later?

    Yes. Move up when the system pays for the move. Move down if the season slows. Most operators start at Response and stay there. A few start at Care and climb. Scale and Autopilot are by application — we won't take you there until the operations underneath are real.

    What happens if I outgrow the caps?

    Anything past the caps is a stated change order or a scoped add-on at a real hourly rate. We tell you the number before the work starts. The caps exist so the price you see is the price you pay. They protect both of us.

    Do you take over websites you didn't build?

    No. Website Care is for BurksUp-built sites only. We rebuild first, then run what we built. That lets us support what we know instead of inheriting somebody else's mess.

    Is this month to month?

    Yes. The monthly plan is billed monthly. Cancel any time. The build is yours either way — you bought it once, you own it. You just lose the system that keeps it working.

    What does “custom” actually mean?

    Custom is configured, not bespoke. The booking flow is LatePoint Pro set up to your services. The automations are our framework wired to your funnel. The dashboards are our reports filtered to your numbers. It's tailored — it's not invented every time.

    When can Autopilot ship?

    When the first cohort of Scale clients is steady and the AI pieces are reliable enough to put in front of real customers. Listed today, not yet booking. Pricing locks at waitlist signup, not at launch.

    How fast can we start?

    Care builds in about 2 weeks. Response in 4 to 6. Scale takes longer and runs by application. We tell you the timeline upfront and we hit it. The plan kicks in the day the build goes live.
